In this episode I talk to my former boss about a project I did some work on! Sarah Dziedzic was the lead interviewer and project manager of the Institute for Research on Women, Gender, and Sexuality's (IRWGS) oral history project at Columbia University. In this episode she discusses what happens when the people in the project don't understand what you're going to do, what it's like doing an institutional project when the institution itself is radical, and why she enjoys working with students.
